For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Erklärung einer Maislegemaschine Zentralbild Weigelt 14.6.1960 Lehrlingsausbildng im Volksgut Ferdinandshof. Seit 10 Jahren werden auf dem Volksgut Ferdinandshof Lehrlinge in der Fachrichtung Acker-und Pflannzenbau ausgebildet. Jährlich verlassen etwa 25 Lehrlinge ihre Ausbildungsstätte, um als Facharbeiter ihre neue Tätigkeit in einer LPG oder in einem Volksgut aufzunehmen. UBz: Der theoretische Unterricht ist eng mit der Praxis verbunden. Hier werden die Lehrlinge in die Arbeit der Maislegemaschine eingeweiht.
