Description
English: The bus stops in Salisbury Road, at Burton Green, Burton, Christchurch. They are for Wilts & Dorset routes X12 (Bournemouth-bound on the left, terminus bound on the right), 175 and 176 (Christchurch-bound on the left, Ringwood on the right), seen less than a month before the Burton leg of the X12 service was withdrawn on 24 May 2009.

The bus service in Burton has been taken over by Transdev Yellow Buses as route 21 and is run half hourly in peak times and hourly throughout the rest of the day.

They have proved to be much more reliable time-wise than the wilts & dorset which were commonly 30 minutes late.

The new 21 service runs a long route, loosely following the X12 route with a diversion to River Way to serve St. Catherine's hill then heading through iford and castle lane, followed by the A338 Spur Road, king's park and then diverting in to Boscombe and on to Bournemouth from there
