Summary edit

Description
English: Historic Culvert #15 is busted, and canal water would wash into it. So the NPS put these two dams here, and routed the water through two blue pipes. This is around 10.42 miles on the towpath, on the 4 mile level of the Log wall, between locks 14 and 15.
