Description
English: The Horsepen Branch Culvert, #38, built in 1831 (but here in 2013, busted) on the 8 mile level between Riley's Lock and Sycamore Landing, at 26.80 miles on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. The top part of the culvert has caved in, and is now seen through the bottom of the canal prism.
