DescriptionC&SLR Arms.png	English: Badge of the City and South London Railway, the world's first deep tube railway and first major electric railway opened in London in 1890. The railway is now part of the London Underground's Northern Line. The badge incorporates the arms of the City of London (bottom left) and the Bridge House Estates mark (bottom right). The wavy bars represent the River Thames under which the railway tunnelled and the bridge represents London Bridge, close to which the tunnels ran.
