The Washington Office, 1904-1906. In 1903 Dr. Hopkins moved his office from the Insectary to these quarters in a private building at 904 B Street, Southwest. In this office practically all of the work was done on the Dendroctonus and Pissodes bulletins. This room was occupied until 1908. Left to right in this picture are W.F. Fiske, Special Agent for the Southern States; E.C. Wood, clerk and stenographer; Dr. A.D. Hopkins; J.L. Webb, Special Agent for the Rocky Mountain States; J.F. Strauss, Artist; and H.E.
