Description
English: A U.S. Navy Boeing-Vertol CH-46D Sea Knight (BuNo 154821) of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 3 (HC-3), Detachment 101 "Packrats", prepares to transfer a pallet of bombs from the deck of the fast combat support ship USS Sacramento (AOE-1) to the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVAN-65), not visible, in August 1971. Enterprise, with assigned Attack Carrier Air Wing 14 (CVW-14), was deployed to the Western Pacific and Vietnam from 11 June 1971 to 12 February 1972.
