Description A U.S. Navy Boeing Vertol CH-46D Sea Knight (BuNo 151918) of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron 11 (HC-11) Det.6, hanging from the side of the destroyer USS Fife (DD-991) below the helicopter pad, tied off with support ropes. The helicopter was assigned to the combat stores ship USS Mars (AFS-1) crashed on takeoff due to an engine failure.
