Summary edit

Description The “Mogul” was originally built in 1910 for the Grand Trunk Railway by the Canadian Locomotive Company in Kingston. She had been one of a series of 24 engines. She was originally class E8 No 1001 and began service on the Windsor and Fort Erie route. Under CN she became CN Class E-10-a and was renumbered 903. She transferred to Palmerston in 1952, re-named “81” and was used for branch line service. Within 7 years in Palmerston, she became obsolete and the CN donated her to the Town.
