Nederlands: Huismodel. Het huis is een model van een familiewoning van de Toba-Batak. Het rust op een rij van vier palen in de breedte en vijf palen in de lengte. Een trap met vijf treden tussen de eerste en tweede rij palen leidt naar de bovenverdieping, waar de woonruimte zich bevindt.
Het dak is bedekt met ijuk, vezel van de aren-palm. Op de voorgevel zijn, op de hoeken van het huismodel, twee houten singa's aangebracht. Een ander type singa is aangebracht op de nok van het huis.. Model van een Toba-Batak hoofdenwoningUndetermined language : Bagas |
