Description

Con participación del ministro de Defensa, Pedro Cateriano Bellido, el Congreso de la República rindió homenaje a la figura del Gran Almirante Miguel Grau Seminario, en conmemoración por los 180 años de su natalicio.


La ceremonia se realizó en la Sala Grau del Parlamento, donde congresistas y autoridades políticas y de las Fuerzas Armadas recordaron al héroe nacional y peruano del Milenio, cuya vida se caracterizó por el servicio y sacrificio por la Patria, y la defensa de la democracia.


“En Grau reposa lo mejor de los valores como militar, ciudadano, servidor público y hombre de familia. Fue un demócrata cabal y férreo defensor del estado de derecho y de la Constitución”, señaló el ministro Cateriano.
