English: This movie shows the loss of cohesion and directional migration of GCs in pac−/−R embryos. The migratory routes of individual gata1:GFP/pac−/−R GCs were traced using ImagJ1.34s software (Manual Tracking Tool plug-in) and are shown in the second part of the movie. The final arrows depict the overall migration direction of traced GCs, demonstrating that lack of Cadherin-2 in rescued pac−/−R embryos leads to a loss of directional and cohesive migration. |
