Carte des importations de café par pays. Ces chiffres sont en milliers de tonnes.

Notez que certains pays réexportent un pourcentage important du café qu’ils importent. Cette carte ne montre que les quantités de café importées, et non pas la consommation.

Sources

Les données sur lesquelles cette carte se base proviennent surtout du USDA PDF. Ce fichier pdf liste le nombre de sacs de café de 60kg qu’ont importés certains pays en 2005.

L’USDA n’a pas fourni d’informations pour les Etats-Unis ; celles-ci viennent des comptes rendus dits monthly data de l'organisation mondiale du café. Ceux-ci se trouvent ici et là, respectivement. Ces comptes rendus concernent la période juin 2005 - mai 2006 (13 mois); ils exagèrent donc un peu les chiffres sur les importations américaines en matière de café.

L’OIC fournit également des données relatives aux pays que traite aussi le compte rendu de l’USDA ; j’ai ainsi choisi de comparer les chiffres provenant des deux organisations. Ceux-ci diffèrent légèrement.


Remarque sur les calculs

Ici suit un exemple de la façon dont j’ai converti les chiffres provenant de l’USDA en milliers de tonnes.

  • Importations de l’Autriche en matière de café (2005) = 1 538 000 sacs.
  • Un sac = 60kg.
  • 60 fois 1 538 000 = 92 280 000

92 280 000 kg = 92 280 tonnes .

Création de la carte

Créée par Zantastik à partir de blank world map version 3, qui est, elle, basée sur une carte faite par Vardion. Couleurs empruntées en partie de Abortion Laws World Map et Societal Attitudes Towards Homosexuality. Créée intégralement en Microsoft Paint.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Café importé par pays en 2005(USDA).svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.
