English: Example of global calcium response upon mechanical stimulation. Video of the colormap in a cell representing the intracellular calcium concentration measured by the fluorescence emission ratio of YPet/ECFP from the calcium biosensor before and after the mechanical stimulation. This particular cell displayed a global calcium response. The scale bar represents 25 µm.
