Description
English: Hundred Year Stone (1995) Calfclose Bay, Derwentwater. This unusual split boulder sculpture marks one hundred years of the National Trust. Depending on the season it may be semi or fully submerged. In the foreground can be seen the pebbly shoreline of Derwentwater whilst the hills in the background are Catbells and Maiden Moor on the far shore.
