English: Hermann's Hesse's memorial on the Nicholas Bridge in Calw, administrative district Calw, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. The monument was revealed on the 8th of June, 2001 on the occasion of the 125th birthday of the author. The piece of art with the title "between staying and departure" was created by artist Kurt Tassotti. It shows 75-year-old Hessian in his last Calw visit in one of his favorite kind.
Deutsch: Hermann-Hesse-Denkmal auf der Nikolausbrücke in Calw, Landkreis Calw, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland. Enthüllt wurde das Denkmal am 8. Juni 2001 anlässlich des 125. Geburtstages des Schriftstellers. Das Kunstwerk mit dem Titel "Zwischen Verweilen und Aufbruch" wurde vom Künstler Kurt Tassotti geschaffen. Es zeigt den 75-jährigen Hesse bei seinem letzten Calw-Besuche an einem seiner Lieblingsorte.
