Description
English: At Can Tho, the U.S. Army's 69th Engr Bn is nearing completion of the 1359 man cantonment and are installing a 2000 KW power plant. The 3950 foot airfield was being reconditioned in sections. A Royal Thai Air Force Fairchild C-123K Provider is taking off overhead.
