Description
English: Canal boat approaching Brickyard Bridge. The arched pedestrian bridge (no. 6) over the Middlewich branch of the Shropshire Union Canal now carries the Crewe & Nantwich Circular Walk. The bridge was apparently named for a brick kiln works in the adjacent field, dating from 1842 (see: http://www.cheshire.gov.uk/countryside/Walking/circularwalks_long/crewe_nantwich/walkingtrackways.htm )
