El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Embajador Gonzalo Gutiérrez, ofreció una Clase Magistral acerca de la acción internacional del país a los alumnos de la Academia Diplomática del Perú “Javier Pérez de Cuellar”, en la cual participaron miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático acreditado en el Perú. El Canciller exhortó a los académicos a desarrollar un alto grado de especialización para ejercer mejor la profesión diplomática ante la creciente complejidad del panorama internacional. “Planteo la opción entre generalistas y especialistas porque creo sinceramente que, como país, hemos cerrado una etapa y estamos ingresando a un escenario nuevo, en donde debemos reproducir actores de formación académica y ejercicio profesional para las circunstancias cambiantes. Debemos adecuar nuestras capacidades personales para los procesos de transformación que está viviendo el Perú”, sugirió. |
