Состав микросхем довольно своеобычен и не соответствует ни одному традиционному корпусированному МПК. // Особняком в серии стоит модуль ЦАП - формирователь напряжения настройки и выбора диапазона в блоке управления телевизорами моделей Оризон-51ТЦ507/508Д. Микросхема выполнена на базе кристалла Б747ХМ1-000-2.
