Description

Capela de São Miguel-o-Anjo em Braga.

Localizada na freguesia de Maximinos, muito próxima da estação, resulta da transferência de uma antiquíssima capela que existia junto à porta da Ajuda, no local de passagem das Carvalheiras para o Campo das Hortas. Desmantelada no início do século XIX, foi transferida para o atual local, juntamente com so retábulos da autoria de André Soares. Era o local onde tradicionalmente os arcebispos se paramentavam para fazer a sua entrada solene na Sé.
