| Description |
English: Front right wheel of a Mercedes Vito utility van. The unusual angle is due to a ball joint failure - probably resulting from hitting a kerb too hard. The ball joint (dark protrusion at the outer tip of the lower control arm, by the tire sidewall) is no longer attached to the knuckle.
Français : Roue avant droite d'une camionnette Mercedes Vito. L'angle inhabituel est dû à une rupture de la rotule inférieure de suspension, probablement à la suite d'un choc trop fort contre un trottoir. La rotule (partie noire, dans le prolongement de la partie extérieure du triangle de suspension) n'est plus fixée au pivot. |
