Matt Smith of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program, Bjorn Larsen and Andrew Bolton celebrate winning silver medals in the lightweight men's four event July 19 at the XV Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Carcagno and Smith will represent Team USA in the lightweight pair event at the 2007 FISA World Championships Aug. 26 through Sept. 2 in Munich, Germany.
