The grant for this library, $10,000, was awarded to the city by the Carnegie Foundation in 1906. No longer functioning as a library, the building now houses the Paso Robles area Historical Society Museum. This building was damaged in the 2003 San Simeon earthquake and has since been repaired. | ||
