English: New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina: Lines from levels of long standing dirty flood water still visible on exterior of house in Carrollton neighborhood some 9 months after the storm. (Highest water was somewhat above most visible high flood line; as less polution was yet in water at that time, the line of highest water is much less distinct.)
