Al Exmo. e Ilmo. Sr. Dn Pablo Vazquez Obispo de Puebla
Yo he dirigido una comunicación a los funcionarios
civiles de la ciudad de Puebla convidandolos pa una
entrevista precedente a la ocupación por las fuerzas
a mi mando, teniendo presente la paz, tranquilidad
y protección de los Ciudadanos de esta Plaza.
Con objeto tan recomendable yo invoco la
cooperación de su alto y santo caracter y su altisima
influencia personal
Yo me sirvo de esta ocasión para protestarle
mis sinceros respetos y celebro esta misma ocasión
en qe he tenido el honor de presentarme a S. E.
Con la mayor consideración y respeto
tengo el honor de ser de S. E. su muy humilde y
obediente servor.
