English: Members of the Carteret County Special Response Team prepare to detonate explosives on a range at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., April 13, 2016. The team used C-4, TNT and dynamite in the demonstration. The training was meant to help the Carteret County SRT understand how to handle situations dealing with these explosives. The team completed training in the morning with Cherry Point’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal Marines before testing their knowledge at the range. This is the first time the team has done training with Cherry Point’s EOD unit. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Mackenzie Gibson/ Released)
