Description
English: The kilns were fed with limestone from Bellman Quarry by a tramline 660 yards long, it ended here at the kiln, on a massive wooden gantry 50 feet above ground level.

http://www.ancientmonuments.info/en35008-bellmanpark-lime-kilns-and-part-of-an-asso It is a shame its in such a ruinous state, should be restored as a tribute to the workers and the lime / cement industry of Clitheroe...it was also the site of the first cement works.
