Description
Español: Casa ubicada en Av. Ocampo y Aldama cuya construccion comenzo en al año de 1888 y se termino en 1893.

Fue construida por el Gral Don Luis Terrazas para vivir con su familia compuesta de 12 hijos, fue por muy poco tiempo el que ellos vivieron en dicha casa a raiz de un tragico accidente que le acontecio a uno de sus hijos en otra casa.Esta casa se la heredo a una de sus hijas llamada Elena y a su esposo.Por su apego a la Iglesia Catolica esta casa se la prestaron a las Hermanas de la Caridad del Verbo Encarnado el cual se convierte en convento y posteriormente en Internado para Señoritas llamandolo Instituto America.Con los años fue abandonada la casa y se presto para hacer la filmacion de la pelicula "El Principio" con la actriz y cantante Lucha Villa.Posteriormente fue un Centro Cultural llamada la Asegurada. Actualmente es propiedad del Sr. Eloy Vallina y es un Restaurant llamada La Casona.
