Description
Español: Los edificios de la casa patronal, su parque, llavería y la antigua casa de administración del Fundo Los Perales están protegidos por presentar uno de los pocos conjuntos arquitectónicos rurales aún existentes en Chile central.

Las construcciones datan de fines del siglo XVIII y principios del XIX y corresponden a la antigua Hacienda San José. Su estilo representa la típica casa patronal chilena de un piso, con amplios corredores que tienen bases y pilares de gran sencillez. Cuenta con grandes bodegas en torno a un patio con corredores.

Estado post terremoto: Sin información. Visitas: Propiedad particular, cerrada al público.
