| Description |
English: Castle Street, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. A spectacular footbridge to provide a better and safer pathway between the city centre and the waterfront and Fruit Market regeneration sites was opened to the general public for the first time on 1 March 2021. It was announced in September 2020 that the bridge was to be named 'Murdoch's Connection' after Dr Mary Murdoch, the city's first female G.P. Further information in Hull News: Link. New landscaping and footpaths on the north side of Castle Street adjacent to the footbridge. In the background is the multi-storey car park, Prince's Quay. |
