English: Simultaneous observations of IC74-mfGFP (green) and EB1-mCherry (red) at mitotic spindles in prometaphase. Moving foci on the spindle MTs are colocalized with EB1, whereas foci staying near chromosomes (possible kinetochore dynein) is not.
