English: Nocodazole leads to almost instantaneous microtubule de-polymerization. NIH3T3 cells stably expressing mCherry-α-tubulin subjected to nocodazole treatment. Microtubule disruption occurs within 4–8 minutes of nocodazole addition (108–116 min).
