Description

A sign on the site of the Centro Popular de la Memoria (Popular Memory Center) in Rosario, Argentina. It is placed on the former site of the headquarters of the police, which served as an illegal detention center were prisoners were tortured or "disappeared", during the Dirty War and the last dictatorship (from 1975 to 1979). The building was turned into a memorial in 2002.
