This Chinese made Chameri Quartz on an aftermarket Milanese stainless steel bracelet is powered by a Seiko Instruments (SII)/Time Module (TMI) VH31A quartz movement. The VH31A is part of the VH family of hybrid mechanical quartz (mechaquartz) movements that Seiko refers to as their Sweep Second Quartz Series movements and are sold by SII/TMI (part of the Seiko group of companies). The VH31A quartz movement is a no-date 3-hander, has 2 jewels and a battery life of about 2 years The accuracy rating is ± 15 seconds per month (within a normal temperature range of -5 ̊C/23 ̊F to 50 ̊C/122 ̊F). The VH31A movement in the pictured watch is way more accurate than its static accuracy rating.

The flame blued centre second hand moves 4 times per second, mimicking the second hand sweep of vintage low beat mechanical movements. The screw down crown is a reassuring sign that the watch is decently water-resistant. Most parts of the watch case were nicely polished, but a DIY treatment with silver polishing compound improved the factory polishing even further. The lug ends length is average, but the lug ends do not curve down much. That might pose a problem for people that have slim wrists.
