English: Rear Adm. Richard L. Williams Jr., commander of Navy Region Hawaii, Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific, passes through side boys at the conclusion of a change of command ceremony for Navy Region Hawaii and Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific.
