English: Looking across street towards wall building with stone balustrade at top of wall, arched windows.
Français : Vue d'une rue munie d'un trottoir étroit bordé d'un mur couronné d'une balustrade et percé d'une porte précédée de quelque marches en pierre; sur la droite bâtiment d'un seul niveau percée de trois hautes fenêtres en plein cintre; entablement. Sur le bâtiment, plaque avec inscription gravée dans la pierre: Bibliothèque de l'École de Droit fondée en MDCCLXXII transférée dans cet édifice en MDCCCLXXVII. L'ancienne Bibliothèque de l'École de Droit était située rue Cujas, au niveau de l'actuelle no 5.
