Description
English: Charoen Phat bridge, a bridge over the canal Bangkok Yai, the border between Bangkok Yai (Wat Arun and Wat Tha Phra subdistricts) and Thon Buri (Hiran Ruchi subdistrict) districts on Itsaraphap road. Charoen Phat (full name Charoen Phat 33 bridge) is a historical bridge in the "Charoen" (prosperous) series that is built each year to commemorate the anniversary of the birth of King Rama VI. It is the only bridge in Charoen series that is on the Bangkok's Thonburi side (west side of the river Chao Phraya).
