To right 35 E Wacker Drive designed in 1926 by Giaver and Dinkelberg. originally had private parking facilities on each floor reached by lift.

To the left Hotel 71 designed by Milton M Schwartz 1960 and the 42 Storey 75 E Wacker Drive designed by Herbert Hugh Reiddle 1928 and 360 N Michigan Avenue Building designed by Alfred S Alschuler in 1923.
