Summary edit

Description

From Reykjavik Arts Festival 2008.

In Anna Leoniak and Fiann Paul’s Dialogue, the faces of almost 1,000 children from the country side in Iceland are printed on aluminum plates that are hung from the ruins of a building gutted by fire. The project is a tribute to the generation which will decide about the future fate of the outskirts of the island, and it is also a reminder of the beauty and value of the remote areas of Iceland.
