Français : Cette image montre un ciel ensoleillé avec des nuages blancs qui flottent au-dessus de la ville de Yaoundé, la capitale du Cameroun, vu depuis le centre des handicapés. Les rayons du soleil illuminent le ciel d'un bleu clair et créent une atmosphère paisible. Les nuages ont des formes diverses et ajoutent de la texture au ciel. Le centre des handicapés est un établissement de santé réputé de la ville, offrant des soins de qualité à la population. Depuis l'hôpital, les visiteurs peuvent apprécier la beauté de Yaoundé sous un ciel dégagé.
