Español: Estas esculturas femeninas de tamaño natural son un rasgo típico del centro sur de Veracruz y significan mujeres muertas en el parto. Al morir dando a luz se les consideraba guerreras. Estas piezas se encuentran en el Museo de Antropología de Xalapa, Veracruz.
English: These life-sized female sculptures are a typical feature of south central Veracruz and mean dead women in childbirth. When they died giving birth they were considered warriors. These pieces are in the Museum of Anthropology of Xalapa, Veracruz.
