Summary edit
DescriptionClass 20 cHeddleton Yard.jpg |
English: The Churnet Valley Railway in Staffordshire runs along the pretty valley of the River Churnet from Froghall to Cheddleton, alongside the Cauldon Canal, before turning sharply and climbing for 2 miles at 1 in 45 to the summit at Ipstones on the former Cauldon Lowe branch. This is a test for both man and machine - the steepest adhesion steam railway in the UK. |
