Description
English: Cooling of classical pasha (paskha) during the preparation. At this phase there are butter, sugar, egg, quark, cream and vanilla in the pot. When pasha mass is cooled enough, the mass starts to thicken clearly. At this point the dry ingredients (right) are added/mixed in. Note: the link to the legal code of license was not not working so it so I cannot be sure it is correct; I accept only use/ license where attribution to the original contributor shall be kept if file is used later.
