Description Special Envoy Clifford Sloan, the new leader of the U.S. State Department's Office of Guantanamo Closure, receives a briefing from Army Brig. Gen. James Lettko, deputy commander of Joint Task Force Guantanamo. While at Guantanamo, Sloan toured detention, medical and support facilities and met with key leaders as well as guards, medical staff and other personnel.
