Summary edit

Description
English: Old carved stone in the grounds of Cliffe Hall at Cliffe, Richmondshire, England. It is said to be the remains of a medieval wayside cross; the upper part of the shaft, set in a modern socket, and probably not in its original location. It is marked on some maps as a Saxon cross, although it does not resemble a Saxon cross.
