Summary edit
DescriptionClimt style nanofilm.jpg |
English: Oxidized Al nanofilm (about 30nm thickness). The film was obtained using electron beam evaporation method on the NaCl substrate. The image captured via optical microscope at x300 magnification during ivestigations of the oxidation processes. The centers of oxidation of aluminum are clearly visible in the image. |
