| Description |
English: Closed Footpath by the River Ribble The low wall at the end of the packhorse bridge parapet allows access to the old footpath along the east bank of the River Ribble, near Stainforth Force. The footpath only provided access to the east side of Stainforth Force, but due to bank erosion it has now been closed from where it leaves the road. Unfortunately, the notice with the map telling you the path is closed is set up a short distance along the closed footpath. |
