Français : et d'une série de timbres à l'effigie de Hô Chi Minh, dentelée 11 1/2, tirage 3 000 000 dont 500 000 auraient été détruites lors du clash de Hà-Nôi. La série comprend :

trois timbres sans surtaxe :

HCM 1hao HCM 3hao HCM 9 hao

1 hào vert (Y&T VNN No 40), Carte Maximum HCM 3 hào rose (Y&T VNN No 41), 9 hào bistre (Y&T VNN No 42),

et deux timbres avec surtaxe au profit du Salut National :

4 hào + 6 hào bleu (Y&T VNN No 43), HCM 4+6 hao.

6 hào + 9 hào violet-gris (Y&T VNN No 44),

idem format 1 mm plus grand. Il semble que les deux formats aient existé dans une même feuille d'impression et que d'autres valeurs aient les mêmes variétés .
