| Description |
English: Coalport East station The sad remains of the waiting room at Coalport East station, the terminus of the ex-LNWR branch from Wellington. Passenger trains finished here in June 1952 and the line was finally closed to goods in 1960, although there has been very little traffic for years. At that time, passengers had an alternative facility from Coalport West station on the opposite side of the River Severn, but of course that has gone as well now. |
